Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can change or cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before it starts. We will credit your deposit to the card you used to secure your reservation, if applicable.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Adjustments

We strive to offer a customer-friendly cancellation and refund experience. However, Park2Jet reserves the right to

• Deny or limit refunds for no-shows, late cancellations, or early checkouts, unless otherwise stated in a special offer or agreement.
• Apply a processing fee or deduct certain charges from refunds if applicable.
• Modify or cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as system errors, security concerns, weather-related emergencies, or business operation needs.

Reservation Modifications

You may request changes to your reservation (such as date or duration), and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. However, we reserve the right to:

• Charge or waive fees based on the nature of the change
• Limit changes during peak travel times or holidays
• Cancel a booking if fraudulent activity or violation of our terms is suspected
